Default HONG KONG CAM: Antenna mod?

Can a wire be run from the wireless antenna on the camera directly to the receiver antenna over a long distance - and still provide a clear image? (Pretty much turning a wireless camera into a 'wired-camera')

Default RE: HONG KONG CAM: Antenna mod?
