I know I saw a diagram on here once for using two servos to pivot a CCD board camera in the x/y axis. If anybody can provide me with any links that'd be great.

Did you see the size/weight of it though? 7-8 oz. and can carry a 3lb camera. WAY overkill for a little board CCD camera!
I wish they had something smaller.

Yea, way too big. I know I once saw a diagram on here using two servos mounted to each other and the camera on top of that to pivot x/y. It was a very simple build with no complicated gears or exotic enclosures. Wish I could find it.

After looking at the servocity mount again, it appears that the 7-8oz I mentioned was for the tilt only portion. There's another 5oz in the pan system!
I have a pdf document from the RCTech gyro control (user guide) that has three different example pan/tilt mounts pictured in it. All of them are very simple and small. PM me with your e-mail addy and I can send it to you. Also, check on the rc-cam.com message forum. I believe there are some pictured there as well.

Hey critter sorry I thought you talking about a larger model you could use two micro servos and glue one on the wheel of the other and achieve the same thing. lay the second servo on it's side and glue the side to the wheel of the first one and there you have it.
