Hi Brad,
The plan I received by E-Mail from Uncle Willy was a *.tif * file, and it is meant for a 1/4 scale (140") model, which was too large for me to transport it to the flying field. So I had to reduce the scale (converting the file to *.pdf*) to an optimum size so that it could be printed on *A0* sheets. Finally I ended up with a model having a wingspan of 96".
Edward.

Actually the allies often commandered serviceable Storch's, even Monty had one. So they were quite appreciative of the types capabilities...

In the Vietnam "police action"- troops liberated the AK47's to replace the POS rifle supplied by our services.
The latest W T F ? being kept under wraps is the billion dollar fighters which are rusting away - and not servicable

on transsonic jet intakes they use a divergent duct to slow and smooth out turbulent airflow heading into the delicate spinnging way to fast for life compressors and keep them from stalling and blowing up. could be that by using a divergent section they could smooth out the boundary layer making it less prone to seperating and then stalling. and perhaps getting two birds stoned at once in relieving control pressures
