cg dynamics

I flew an Ultra Sport 60 a few years back with no problems.
I recently re-activated the plane and added about 2oz to tail.
I felt it was too nose heavy and of course I used a Great Planes balancer.Other than that I changed nothing. On take-off the
plane only wanted to climb big time.I had to hold full down and it still wanted to climb. Is it possible I somehow I miscalculated
the cg? Would this be a characteristic of being tail-heavy?Other than the radio not being at fault what would cause this reaction?

Best regards
Fazer

An aft c.g. results in a plane with extreme sensitivity both up and down.
You're describing a problem with longitudinal trim.
The horizontal or elevator isn't where it was, or the motor has serious upthrust.

Hi Fazer,
Should tell you there is detailed info to assist you with this problem in the "Beginners" thread of this forum
Do no harm to check it?
Good luck!
