Wing-Stabilizer incidence on Ultra Stick

Hello All

I'm building a H9 Ultra Stick 120 and making it a low wing plane by filpping the fuselage. the incidence should be 0-0, but have found the wing to be at two degree's and the stabilizer at one degree. I have now sanded the wing saddle for the wing to sit one degree. Problem is I don't have much fuselage to cut/sand under the stabilizer. Fuselage come's to a tappered point at rear. Do you guys think both wing and stabilizer left at one degree will be a problem ? I don't know if they are out negative or positive. Both need to come down on there leading edge.

Thanks for any help
Doug
