RE: Pipes in 35% 260
As far as I can tell by looking at mine, I would say it would be
difficult at best. I always say to each their own, but I do not
see the need. Maybe for 3D, but not for Aerobatics (IMAC).
Mine has flown both Basic (Myself) and Unlimited (my Son)
classes of IMAC competition.
Then, as a late thought, there is higher altitude flying.. where
a 26 by 10 prop would perform better that the common 27 by 10
choice...

Sweet! I'm considering getting one of these or a QQ Yak as I feel my plans for the Dalton 260 are starting to fall through. I'm about to move in a couple weeks and Van is trying to get a new work bench built so my wings may not get sheeted before I leave. I have a 3W 106 on the way and I have some ES Composite pipes and I'd like to use them since I think that would be a killer combo, but only if I have an airframe to put them in.
Flew the E-260 by the way and it's a lot of fun. I've even hovered it about a foot off the ground.

Hi, Sorry to butt in but what about a pipe in the 90-120 size yak? Going for a light 26cc gas so looking for top power and min weight.
Cheers

What pipes are you going to consider for your install?
