Yeah, someone from that site posted to the ACRO newsgroup and I didnt see any replies but one that wasn't fond of the name. . . I have to say that I agree, but I won't hold it against them.

Some of the videos are great, the ones from airshows etc. I really dont commend the site for showing and supporting/encouraging those who are breaking regulations and performing aerobatic manuevers in airplanes which are not certified or designed for such operations. I love a good-time too and am a young CFI who enjoys aerobatics. If these guys are going to display these practices on the site I'm not going to visit. I recommend that they join the IAC and learn to do it right in certified aerobatic aircraft, not in PA-28's at night no less.

Yeah, I have to agree vupilot. . . rolling inverted at night, over a city, in a PA-28, while holding a video camera, no g meter, no training, no aerobatic aircraft. . . there is a Darwin award coming for that guy. . . and many others on that site as well. The worst part of it are those guys buzzing cars and houses and such, many of these guys are going to take people with them when they go.

He says "It's hard to find aerobatik planes here, so I use PA-28. It's fine."

(Sarcasm on) I guess since he thinks it's fine we should rewrite the books. . . and tell off all those people with so-called common sense. (Sarcasm off)

Anyone see a call placard on the panel?
