There is a book that has been out for decades. In it, it shows pages of VORs, airways, etc...enough to use in good positional awareness. It is for the IFR pilot. I cannot remember the name of it and would like to give it as a gift. Can anyone help me with this name?

I don't know what you might be talking about but it might be something that Jepsen makes. Does that ring a bell?

It's not Jepp...this comes in a large, dark blue spiral bound book. About 3/4" thick, a little bit larger than a notebook.
The name of it is on the tip of my tongue...if I could just get it!
