I believe that it's one of the Russian akranoplanes. Surface ground effect skimmers that can only hop up over obstacles for a short time.

Some of the rest I sort of recognize as being more or less normal airliners or transports used as patroll craft. The early radar equipped anti shipping patrol planes from back before they were able to get good results with smaller and higher frequency sets. Later they just gave up and went for the longer range pylon mounted radomes.

The little canard is a Burt Rutan Vari-Eeze or similar. Pretty mainstream even if I can't remember the exact name at the moment.

Some of those just look too wierd to ever fly...in this new digital age you can never be sure when someone is pulling your leg with picture edits.
