thank you Mike and Chris. i will follow up on this part number. but now i have a new problem. the throttle/rudder gimble broke on me today. i suppose i can send it in for repair ? or will it be cheaper to purchase another transmitter ? if i send it in can the upgrade gimble wires be installed at that time also ? i purchased the unit new on 10/15/2008.

Well, except for shipping the repair is free and we can check all the wires, etc. So, I'd go with keeping the radio and letting us fix it. If you have any questions contact service, and let them know I told you we'd fix it for free.

Mike

Just know that we don't offer 100% lifetime repairs on all radios regardless of condition

The warranty covers the radio for 1 year and does not cover user damage, etc. However, sometimes we take care of things past the normal warranty simply because it needs to be done. I feel your experience is one we should warranty and I hope you continue to enjoy your ATX radio!

You importer for Sanwa in South Africa should be able to obtain parts for you.

If not, you can contact service in the USA

I just noticed a couple of days ago, that one of my 92824s has both antennas clipped about 1" off the ends. Not sure why, but do I need to order 2 antennas to replace both, or is that part nimber for a pair?
Thanks

The antennas are only sold individually.
