Then there is the fact that you are expecting others to follow the rules when you do not feel the need to yourself. i.e. your theory that they are not actively enforcing them, therefore they must not apply.

Most people do not understand the amount of trust and responsibility that the FAA puts on, and expects from those who are users of the airspace they are responsible to control.

More like they aren’t being enforced so even the FAA may realize that flying model airplanes over 400’ is not a safety issue. The number of incidents involving model airplanes colliding with manned aircraft would support that assumption.

Either way, almost all of my flying this year has been well below 400’. Not quite the outlaw you like to make me out to be.

Common theme with you is if someone doesn’t agree with you then you take cheap shots at their mental capacity or throw labels on them such as “ Narcissistic “. By now most of us have figured out that attempting to force other people into what you want/expect them to be is quite futile. Everyone comes from a different background and different experiences. Your failure to accept that just illustrates how shallow and short minded you are.
