Lack of transparency: AMA won't meet even OWN deadlines!
Late last year AMA set a standard for itself on the posting EC minutes, the ONLY official record of proceedings. Things like how they spend our money, strategy, etc. As they declared in item 4, motion I of the October 2021 EC minutes, THEY set for THEMSELVES a specific deadline for posting of minutes in at timely manner.
As of a few moments ago, they failed to meet their OWN deadline. It's been 47 days since the last EC meeting and no minutes posted.
This happens because the ED does not hold the staff accountable and/or the EC does not hold itself accountable AND the EC tolerates this.
