Default Sacramento Area Modelers..READ

Please go to the Racing Forms section in forums and read and start seeing the truth.

"Racers Banned in Sacramento"

The club board members don't want you to see the truth.

They do not want you to see the judgements, proposals to the county to extend the runwayand termination letters.

So you abused the civil court system in your pissing contest with a Sacto club on several occasions and lost every time. Now you bring your case to this forum. I'm starting to see the truth.

JOHN, I've folowed your story, and can see why you feel that you've been,"jobbed". With all the time, money and energy that it takes to compete with "big toys" like these, it is easy to see how a situation like this has come about. I have followed drag racing through the years, and this is the same old story, repeated over and over. A local club pulled the same thing with winter 1/2A pylon, outsiders are welcome until they start winning.

The board was found to be operating in "bad faith" by the court.

Thats hardly a loss.

The courts judgements are

1The board was wrong and operating in bad faith.

2.The small claims court does not have statutory authority.

3. The club owes me no money.

NO court has ruled in favor of the Board or its actions.

I am a member of the Sacramento area modelers until its voted on
by the membership with me present or some court says otherwise.
