He left because his contract wasn't renewed and he didn't have a job there anymore. Presumably, he went someplace where his opportunity for gainful employment is better than in Munchie, Indiana. Imagine that.

Fred, there is some pretty neat night-life there, in addition to a great museum for model aviation. Ball State University is one of the best schools of architecture, business and computer science in the country. Make the pilgrimage.
