Yep...we can pay for a few years of education in criminal high school. Unfortunately he will be just as stupid when he gets out... but far more knowledgable as the criminal he has been branded. The good side; judges and lawyers will make some good money to keep fueling the idiotic culture we have now...rinse and repeat...
