What I think NPRM will mean for everyone...
 

So looks like everyone of us will have at least one or more "outlaw" UAS we will probably all still want to fly. So really means metro and urban fliers will have to risk flying outaw with higher chance of getting caught, than country flying outlaw in the back 40 away from airports and metro areas. The country flier who flies outlaw probably will never get caught if they fly reasonable and smart, where as a urban metro flier who flies outlaw will risk getting caught alot more easier.

Simple solution - don't fly outlaw. Join a club and fly at a field.

So outlaw flying will include hundreds of thousands of uninhabited square miles I guess...

Fly my slope soaring or DS bird and a flat AMA field?... and I won't even be able to fly my 3D electric in my yard (I have 3 acres)
