Edgwater Airpark – Flite Test – World of Flight

Yep. They're growing at the same time AMA is contracting.

They are looking for folks with a, "Love of people and a heart to serve". I can only imagine what those two could accomplish with AMA's budget!

Flite Test has been full of engaging fun and energy from day one and it is contagious!

Hobby dying? Nope! Only the AMA (sadly).

The way I'm reading this is that FT is "PROACTIVE" on dealing with the FAA and the powers that be while the AMA is "REACTIVE" and "MANIPULATIVE" and the FAA has gotten tired of the games. The fact that FT is setting things up for drones, R/C and GA speaks volumes, especially with the FAA. At the rate they are going, they are going to need a build a manned control tower on their site just to handle all the aircraft flying around.

They have what appears to be real vision for the hobby. While the AMA appearantly has only greed.

Imagine, an "Air Park" that includes models as well as GA. Wonder if there's an EAA chapter close by if not on the grounds?
