it won't be long. I can see us paying for flight time and regulated by the cell phone industrry. Just for fun, I stuck my cell phone in my GP Rapture. My bud called her up andf left a message. It was set for ring and vibrate... outdoor mode,, I think thay call it. No interfernce. I'll check my bill and see what it ran me....

Yep, I could see that, fortunatly the FCC would have a hard time distinguishing all the different usages of the same channel over the states[8D]

The phone companies will own the frequencies. Then it's just a matter of encoding.

IIRC, rc users are secondary users on our frequencies. we can be kicked off if we are causing interference.

How does that mean the cell phone frequencies?

Next item of note, as Rkramer said, we are SECONDARY users and are not permitted (by law) to cause interference.
