Yep, ol Hoss Fly received his LETTER of REJECTION this Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009. You best act as if you do not know me, never heard of me, and never will associate with this black listed individual. ;) [sm=cry_smile.gif]

Ol' Hoss used some XXs in his post and that is considered VULGARITY in the great Academy of Model Aeronautics' Forums. I have been banned from AMA Forums for one month. [sm=red_smile.gif] No "Wwarning Tickets" over there.

Therefore, may I suggest that you be very careful how you react on that forum. Maybe it would help if I start practicing being a better boy here.

Whatever the case, things are getting tough all over. Be NICE! Red and Frank run a tight ship over there.

Well, your little buddy has been campaigning for stricter moderstion. Maybe he got it.

If it was just cussing then maybe deleting the post with a warning would have been more appropriate but that would require more monitoring and adminstrative duties for the AMA employees. Maybe a month in the hole is their warning.

Though Frank and Red are fairly active on that site, they are not moderators, and it's a little bit paranoid to imply someone is out to get you because of your past history with the AMA. Some of your later posts were pushing the limit. I did like the one where you were headed to the loo to give birth to a DXXXXXXt though. :)

yep...pretty much like that other site...depends on who is lying and what they are lying about or who is insulting who.

I found that I was a topic of discussion there and I have never even posted there...those guys still need mommy's milk. LOL

The forum has gone pretty much the way I thought it would... I say let all the future choir boys have it…

Hey Hoss, that ain't nothin'. I'm a member and can get into members only, but I can't get into the forum. I'll give membership a call during business hours Monday and talk to someone in Bangladesh and see if I can get it straightened out.

Hoss, you're wasting your time with those bush leaguers anyway. There are certain characters who just simply are not worth the time. Time is our most valuable asset, once it's spent you can never get it back.

They are running that site just like Graham runs RCG. They will ban without warning. The AMA site is frequented mostly by Retired Hall Monitors and old AV club members anyway. What a bunch of Nerds.

Do yourself a favor,
just Lurk a couple days without posting there.
Get a feel for what is going on, and what goings on are being ignored by the mods there,
and then decide if that is what you want to be a part of.

I've tried the Report button there, no response from the mod,
heck, even my PMsg to the mod asking for help has gone unanswered (week+).
At least you have proven that he report system there does actually work,
...well, if the chosen are reporting an infidel it works like greased lightning to ban, but the forums insult punching bag cant get the mod to respond in any fashion

Perhaps we should retitle the position there from Moderator to Biasator.

I dont want to go too far off topic,
but we broke the plastic of a Bissel at work and replaced the unit,
and I grabbed the corpse to extract the motor for a possible 1horse ePlane rewind conversion. I was amazed at the horrible erosion of the comms by the brushes... I dont think I can dress it back to a decent condition.

KE, I just tested the vac gauge on your post and the needle didn't even budge. As a test to see if I got it hooked up correctly, couldn't you say something like, "Having the Nats at Muncie every year rocks!", or.."I think the jury is still out on the PPP, we should let it go for 5 more years before........", or......."He had absolutely no right to be out there on that lawn mower......."

By and by, the super suction power of those at the other site will unavoidable become an impenetrable circle, no beginning and no end to be found since those there will be looking for mommy's milk but will inadvertently find something else to suck while flocking together. Of course, that will spawn some super sucking power games... one trying to out suck the other… But that’s what happens when you blindly suck whatever is put out there…LOL


Will be entertaining to watch, to say the very least…of course, it will eventually implode under the extreme sucking produced…always does…the black hole theory in motion… too bad…their site could have been a great place to really discuss AMA now and possible changes but it is apparent that before long you will only be able to pledge allegiance or be thrown out for innocuous things that far less offensive than the crap seen on TV or heard on the radio any time your tuned in.

I guess we will just have to rely on RCU to provide the unbiased discussion about AMA.
