It's a decent flyer.

Worst case PM or leave a message for Eric over at RCDiscuss.

They can apply what they owe you against that.

It's a huge box, so make sure you check it when it comes in.

While I found it well packed, sometimes there is hidden damage.

Both of mine arrived with no damage what-so-ever, but the corners of the shipper box were crumpled up as if it had been dropped several times in shipping.

Well ...no news yet on that refund!
