i have been looking at purchasing the 12ft telemaster by hobby lobby. If someone has the new arf, i would like to know what size glow or gas engine will fly this. what size servo's are needed, or is there a difference between the kit and the arf. i know if you build you can defer from plans, but is the plan version the same as arf version, wood for wood that is. does the arf come in different colors. i have e-mailed hobby lobby and not heard from them as yet.
any help would be appreciated.

I'm building one of the old school kits, and will power it with a DLE55. I would guess it could be flown on a smaller engine, but mine will have a glider release, and I also plan on floats (foam cores from Seaplane Supply).

I plan to run HS645's for servos. They are a metal gear 133 in oz @6v analog. I also modded the wing a bit to ad flaps.

Flew mine with a G62. You'll need plenty of weight up front so you just as well throw more power at it! A G62 powered it just fine with plenty of room for towing gliders. Jerry.
