It seems from all the positive post that Graves RC is a fine company, But I think there is a error on their part if you can complete a purchase transaction without all shipping charges being charged
or disclosed or at least not bill you until they know what it will cost to ship to your address. I think they should just ship the kit and correct their website so this misunderstanding can't happen again.

Default Bad Experiences

Wow and I thought being shot at when I was younger was bad. Also the time I had a stroke wasn't too pleasant either. But I guess

having stage 2 cancer would probably qualify as bad too! Just goes to show how lucky a person really is when they think they have it bad.

Oh well, amybe the good Lord will give me a refund !!!

Have edited many post in this thread. Some of which because there were quotes of an offending post. Personal attacks are not allowed on RCU. There is no need for name calling.
Furthermore, I think many of you people would be upset if you completed an order then received a call after that fact saying there would be an addition charge. To slam the OP for venting about it is hypocritical.

I ordered a hanger 9 SBach from Graves RC on Sunday. They had 10% off which is crap.
If it's crap, don't order it! First-timer on RCU and throws one of the best LHS's in the country under the bus? Work a resolution out with the vendor, don't run to the interweb to vent.

I've visited Graves RC whenever in FL, they are always courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.

Agree ! Also agree with others that this thread needs to end. Any further discussions on this subject matter will resolve nothing and only create some hard feelings.

I think Granpooba is right. I can't see anything use full being added to this discussion.
