Where to Buy Thunder Tiger Engines?

I may need to replace a Thunder Tiger 91 FS in a model that I obtained second hand. Cowl is cut very nicely for the Thunder Tiger. Having trouble finding a place to purchase one. Anyone know where/through whom one might be purchased?
