Default Older ultra stick.....i think

Hello all. I just got this brand new ultra stick, im not sure of the age, but i think its older as ive never seen one covered in red like this one. Anyways, my question is: it has me doing the servos in the center of the fuse and running push rods to the elevators and rudder. Can i cut the servos in the rear of the fuse, and how would i go about cutting them in? Thanks for any help here.

The reason they (the servos) are in the center of the fuselage is because of CG considerations. Putting two or three servos back there will require 3-4X the weight of the servos!

To mount them, just mark an outline on the fuse and cut away!

Mount the engine, bolt on the wing and rubber-band the tail on. Check the balance. I'll bet it's very nose heavy. I had one of those years ago and ended up putting the servos in the back as you proposed.
