Default Engine mounting question Lanier Stinger 60

HI All!

I am helping a buddy put together a Lanier Stinger 60 ARF. The engine mounting instructions are all but non-existant.

Any one have any idea of what the correct down/right thrust figures are, and how we can make sure we get the engine mount installed in the correct location on the firewall?

Thanks!

I built the kit, didn't do the ARF. Right thrust was built in to the fuselage, firewall tilted to the right, if you built according to the plans. Downthrust I don't believe there was any, nor was any needed. As to mount placement, best I can suggest is to put the cowl on for a trial fit and see where the prop hub centers, and take it from there. I sorta think the thrust line goes right through the wing from LE to TE. If it fits in that configuration, that's how I'd be inclined to go.
