What prop are you using with the 1.08? Is it faster that the .91 4 stroke?
ORIGINAL: nitrous pete

I just finished the plane , I desided to instal a OS 1.08, Nice fit Ballance is super . No weight to add.
I think the plane goes Mach 1 .
I also had to re glue the center servo tray/ suport in .
I will try to post a picture for you

Very nice , balance on the money , No weight added , flys super , Lands fine . Very fast . handles fine , Plane moves in the wind more than the shoe string. but stable ....
My Shoe string is slower, but also fast ,

I'll be in town from the 19th till the 26th. I'd love to hook up and just come watch. I'm fishing on Monday and Wednesday and have a wedding on Saturday, other than that i'll just be sight seeing. Let me know where the field is and i'll stop by. I have a map of the area or you could e-mail me one with the field on it.

Hey Pete,
Nice job on the Toni.
I have a question for you, the header you used is that the long or the ex-long?
Im putting a pipe on mine and want to get it ordered.
GP did a real nice job on this plane mine came with a new spinner no more A-frame crap
its a regular type, with a spinner nut. Yours has to be a rocket with the 1.08 did you glass your wing or do anything to beef it up? Thanks for the info.

Yes they did . No I did not glass the wing or the bulk head , But I think I should have , the 108 pulls hard ,
Hope the motor stays in !!!
The header pipe is from OS , they only have 1 that I know of .
And the spinner Stinks, Ballance is way out . I put a 2 3/4 tru turn on. I will have a 3" soon from a ultimate.
I saw earlier post on the spinner and they are correrct,

After reading your post I checked the spinner that came with mine ...and it is a true turn style as you said ...NOT the A-frame POS I see in the manual ....I didn't want to use the A-Frame spinner that came with the plane ....I'm glad your post made me check mine....JW
