You have done exactly as I suggested, and proven without a doubt that the airplane balances at the point recommended by the correction on the VMAR website. Looking at the plane and the servo setup, I don't see any obvious problems either.
As to the cause of the problems you have experienced... I'm out of ideas.
Maybe you can find an experienced competition flyer who can test fly the airplane and figure it out.

The cg on my tiger is located at 105 mm from the leading edge,how much does your engine weigh,mine weighs 600 grams with propp and spinner on.
