Hi, I haven't been scanning the Fusco activities for some time(I gave up) and would appreciate knowing the latest status on the situation. I have over $850.00 invested (kit and retracts) and my credit card company states the time limit ran out. My certificate no. is 230 and I really would appreciate any info. I never had an experience like this in all the years I have been modeling (since I was 8 and I am now 74 years old) and I only hope an organization as R/C universe would assist in bringing a person as Val'a Fusco to justice. Requested a refund from my Capital One Visa account late last week. Checked the account today and I have been refunded in full, plus finance charges since May.
I'm very happy at the moment... I still have the "promotional" 1/5 scale Long-EZ, which is really what sent me down this quest to begin with. I hope everyone else sees the same sort of luck I have had this last week.

Agreed, it feels great!
It's too bad for Fusco Aircraft. I really think he got off to a great start, and kept alive a line of models that were about to slip away from us. But as they say, it is not how you start, it is how you finish, and this finish was terrible for Fusco.
