I would seam over powered with a Saito 90. It is a great looking plane and I
would love to have one. Maybe if they built one a little bigger.

I got to see one of these fly this past weekend. The plane is absolutely gorgeous in person!!!! The guy I saw flying it said that he had underpowered it, but I don't know what power setup he had in it. It was electric, not fuel. I'm sure with the right setup, it would be a blast.

Here's a couple of quick ones, just found them by chance. They're on page 3 of the RC Bees club newsletter. http://rcbees.org/newsletters/RCBN0912.pdf

This was the first day out with the DeNight, with great results. The test and subsequent flights went really well, no issues and the model is a gem to fly. I have a Saito .82 up front and the rest of the build is per the manual. To clarify, I am most certainly not a test pilot for Horizon, but I am a Team Horizon member, primarily in the soaring and giant scale racing segments.

Hi Folks,

Finaly,I get my DS on thursday What a beautiful plane is that..........I adore it.
By now its almost literaly ready to fly I only need to solder in the esc and adjust CG and the control throws.
The 5s 4900mah Lipo is perfectly matching in the battery tray, and to build in the eletric power set was a breeze.I wouldn"t put a glow engine in this cutie to destroy the nice covering

To be continued.....

Mine hasn;t arrived yet but based on the size and weight, the YS-63 should fly it great.

Mine arrived last night but there's a hole in the fuselage sheeting. The box is in perfect shape. It looks like one of the control horns on the wing poked through the protective foam piece, and into the fuselage. I sent pics to Horizon and the guy I talked to on the phone seemed very understanding so it will hopefully be taken care of.

I'm sure they'll take care of you. Was there not a protective foam block on the control horn?
