when the rcu page is open, many advertiesers are showing their products; and world models manufacturing always have the advertise of the paulitnhia 56 for sale with a price showing $139; when you click the add it apprears priced at their web page fopr 179,and if you call world models ditect line, they say that they can not control what RCU displays on their web page; is this like a hot potato game?

It depends. Most of the time the advertisers supply their own ads.
