Super Cub
I recently bought a Super Cub that was converted to the LP version. It uses Lipo batteries and everything else is the same.
I have a few questions: 1. How do you convert the super cub to use lipo batteries? I only ask because I am curious as to how it was done. 2. I don't like the transmitter that was included with it. It is the blue transmitter with the weird slider for the throttle. My buddy just bought a brand new super cub lp and he got a totally different transmitter .How do I go about changing the transmitter? Can I buy the transmitter he has and bind it to the receiver alread in my plane? Do I need to buy a new receiver? Aren't the super cub servos different and don't match up with regular receivers? I want to change the receiver relativily cheap and hopefully upgrade to a better one down the road when I have more money. i really appreciate all the help and advice. thank you,<br type="_moz" /> |
RE: Super Cub
Well you can buy the batteries from the super cub lp BNF and make it work. or just buy a dx5 TX and a super cub LP BNF. for like 200 dollars. you can buy the DSM version that comes with the dx5 and a plane for 250. i think.
