Engine for Phoenix Accipiter 90

Hi,

just finished a massive rebuild for a mothballed Phoenix Accipiter 90. Th LHS had disposed off old stock in a dilapidated warehouse and they wanted to dispose off this one. I got a good deal on the airplane and decided to do a full re-cover with a bit of strengthening and lots of CA. Few problems I encountered

1) The ailerons are warped. The tip is not in the same plane as the root. How to resolve this? I am thinking of placing sand bags on the tip while supporting the root and leaving it overnight
2) I messed up the tail install. While I was still putting in the tail, the 30 minute epoxy, into which I had mixed microballoon filler, started to go and I didnt have time to adjust. So the left tailplane distance from the wing tip (not from the ailerons) is 3-4mm or so more than the right. Otherwise everything else is fine. Will it really matter too much?
3) The airplane with CF reinforcement (I added CF strips along the fuse length as it is an old airplane and was not stored too well) is nearly 4kg with a dle20. I think I will get the cg with the 20. Should I stick with that engine or go for a 120ax that I have just lying around?
