Specs appear very similar just different color schemes....but the Phoenix model comes with retracts....

I wonder if the same factory is making them both of them - your thoughts?

I would go with the one from tower. If you're a club member, you get $63 off, so it's basically the same price.Tower will stand behind any product they sell, where, if there's a problem with the ebay one you might be SOL.
