Rambler 45 servo question
 

Well mine is on the way. i want to make sure I have the right servos for the ailerons and retracts. Does it call for low profile for th eailerons or would standard sized servos fit? Will I need a retract servo or can I get away with a standard servo here too? Without the model here in front of me i don't know how much room there is in the wing or what the manufacturer recomends. I would like to have everything i need when i am ready to assemble it.

Standard servos will be fine for Ailerons,
But you will need a retract servo.

Definately use good quality standard servos. Try to get a very slow retract servo. That will make the gears look more realistic. You're gonna love this plane!!!!!!!

Rambler 45 throttle servo location
 

I mounted the throttle servo/receiver mount farther back in the plane than the plans indicated. This allows the tank to be easily removed. Also fit in Hobbico retracts tilted slightly forward, easy to do, stronger wire, better ground handling.
