US Aircore question (control surface effort)

I'm building a us aircore trainer and it seems the "hinges" for the ailerons require a large amount of effort to move them, especially in the up direction, as compared to traditional balsa designs with real hinges. I'm wondering if my servos will buzz when trying to move these surfaces. Has anyone else noticed the same thing and did you have to use heavy duty servos??

Thanks!

jo8243, I have standard servos on mine and they work fine. No buzz.

Make sure that you cut the coroplast flute on the bottom of the aileron. Cut all of the flute out don't just cut a slit in it. Go to spadtothebone.com and look at some of the plans for spad planes it will show you how to do this.
