Pizazz

Is anyone still flying H9 Pizazz? I can't understand why they quit making them. For insurance purposes I bought 2 of the last ones Hobby Warehouse had. I just love that little plane, it's such a GREAT flyer, it's one piece, small enough to fit in the back of my Lumina and performs SUPER with YS 63.

Any thoughts??

I feel the same way loopsnut. When mine goes in, I will definitely look for a replacement.

RE: Pizazz

After several hundred flights with a Saito .72 mine was showing some wear. I had to open the wing three times to fix the cross sticks. When I started it I could feel some loose wood on the fuse sides where I grabed it. The ribs cracked that hold the servo sticks in place. It still flew great. I thought I was just pushing my luck and it was going to come apart in the next high G manuver. I always loved the way it flew. I just thought I would move on to bigger and better (so to speak) planes. My pockets arn't deep enough to by all new stuff for every new plane. The Pizzaz got it's engine and most of the radio pirated to a Funtana. I still have it on moth balls. When I see it hanging there I still get the itch to fly it. Maybe some day the parts will be available. That's what usually happends.
have a blast with yours..............david

Is there anyone out there that has a Pizazz they'd sell with out radio or motor in good shape for a reasonable price ? I'd be interested as I made mine back into a kit and I can't seem to find a plane I like as much in this type of plane . Please E-mail me a price at [email protected]. Thankyou Jeff

Jeff, look at the new Twist from H9 on the Horizon website. It's only $99 and looks like an updated pizzaz to me.
