Cermark Pitts and Customer Service
My lovely wife bought me a gorgeous Cermark Pitts for Christmas. Unfortunately, the airplane was damaged in the box (broken fin and wingtip). I called Cermark today and talked to a nice lady named Janice. She is sending me a brand new airplane with a return shipping label (and this is a BIG box). For those who wonder about Cermark service, you can stop wondering. The plane could have been damaged in shipment, but she was more interested in keeping a customer satisfied than making me jump through hoops. I can hardly wait for the new plane to arrive, and for good weather to fly it. Thanks, Cermark!

yes they are very nice to deal with. i bought there f 16. it had a broken canopy .they sent 3 before they shipped one by fedex over night . ups is very hard one there shipments now. cermark never said a think when i kept calling and telling then it got broke to.
