Dave Patrick Ultimate .40
 

Say, I was just looking at the Dave Patrick web site and he had a notice under "news" that Cermark was going to be selling his Ultimate .40. Cermark now has that plane listed on their web site. According to Dave, there was a problem with tailwheels. If you are interested in the Ultimate .40, you should read the thing on his web site.

If you notice it says 'designed by Dave Patrick". He has apparently sold his plans to Cermark. Who is building it and what the eventual quality will be remains to be seen. I am not familiar with any Cermark distributed (built) planes.
