world models sky raider machll

OK guys this nice a low wing acrobatic trainer $69.95 All balsa and ply perfect covering not
one wrinkle .the wing joiner is notched to lock into the second rib on each half PERFECT fit
no hacking required perfect alignment, tail feathers bolt on thru bolts just "dry fitted"" the
plane, nice adjustable mount (getting my irvine 46 davis diesel conversion up front) the quality
is hard to believe for $70 the only thing i am changing is going to use metric allen screws on engine
mount rather than the phillips screws provided they also have a high wing trainer tri gear same price some of my kyosho planes at almost 3 times the price required lots of "adjustments" during
assembly also knock out color scheme

Hey man can you give me the skinny on diesel conversion? Approx price, power and efficiency?

btw I'm originally from St. Petersburg but I'm stationed at Fort Sill, OK:eek: and they call Chicago the windy city....

engine for the Mach 2

Some club members are flying the Mach 2 with 36 size engines and they seem to be the perfect match. Unless your a real speed demon, a 46 would be over-kill.
I've heard of guy's using 60's in these things for 3-D and to hover but we are doing combat and towing streamers.

Don't glue the tail on cuz you can re-use it on the next new one and the next new one after, that if it doesn't get chewed up or brake in the crash , I'm speeking from experience.

Indeed. We have all been there. I too am thinking of getting this plane. World Models as a rule produce light planes and good flyers. Should be the same with these, the Mach 1 and Mach 2. Good luck with yours dieseldan and let us know how it flys.

Yes!...do give us the"skinny" on the diesel power conversion. I am interested in finding out about it as well...I'm sure others are too.
