Does anyone know of a .40-.60 size or .60-.91 size Christen Eagle? I am not sure I want to enter giant scale yet. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

There hasn't been an Eagle produced in that size since Pilot Models discontinued theirs back in the 80's In any case, an Eagle in the small size range can be a real handful to fly. The larger ones fly much better and easier.

The G/P Pitts and Eagles, though 1/3 scale, don't really fall into the "giant scale' catagory. You can still power them with large 2 strokes if you don't want to do all the gas stuff. Gas is better, from my point of view, but not required.

Both planes fly great.

Why would you send him to the Eagle with the worst rep on the internet? What about that new one that was just advertised. Said it would fly with a 150 four stroke

Hey RC Jones,
If you could get your head out your sphincter muscle long enough, you would know that GSP sells two Eagles. The larger 69" one is the one that everyone is trashing. I have had the smaller 61" model which is made by Jamara and it is a good solid plane for a 120-150 four banger. You can now take your head out.
