hanger9 xtra easy
 
i have bought a hanger9 xtra easy and have not yet had it in the air. has anybody used one of these and how do you rate it? i used my instructors sig trainer for my first flight and will be using my xtra easy for take offs and landings next week

Make sure you use epoxy to put the wing together and on the tail feathers.
A lot of these new trainers are being assembled using only a couple of screws to hold things together.
That is fine to use the screws.... after you epoxy the stuff together.
Other than that, the Xtra Easy is certainly a fine trainer.
Fly it til the covering starts tearing off then move on to something more advanced like their Ultra Stick 40

I like the plane a lot however ,you also need to reinforce the landing gear attachetment wood fuselage area, the landing gear will not take the beating of your first landings trials.
