Best Extra ARF?
 

Hi Guys,

What do you think is the best 1/4 scale Extra ARF? GP Wagstaff, GP Soucy, Sig, other? Why?

My choice is Dave Patrick 330L. Very precise for pattern and still able to do all the 3D you want.

anything but the sig violinte tipstalls and very heavy

Seen the DPM 330L fly and its lovely, unfortunately none of the flyers at my neck of the woods do any 3D with such big planes! The guy who owns it flies acrobatics and the plane comes in for a landing like a dream. I did see the Carl Goldberg one fly and its even easier on the landings but its not a 1/4 scale and the plane is more of a shoulder winged.

I second this. Terrific plane. Fantastic with a YS 140DZ.
