How Do They Do That?

The covering jobs on ARF's. Some of these things are absolutely perfect as well as beautiful. Does anyone know how it's done, such as are the pieces precut to fit the panel being covered? Does some of the covering come with the design already on it? Then there is the sticky back, shelf paper stuff. Seems once it's down there would be no way to pick it up and reposition it. With the low prices of some of these things it would have to be done fast and right the first time. Has anyone seen it applied? Got any idea's on how it's done? How much time do you think it would take to cover your average .40 size. Any video of it being done? Anything at all, your thoughts please. Thanks.

How Do They Do That?

I could not agree more! I recently purchased my first ARF (a GP Venus) and was amazed at the quality of the covering. I'm not an expert modeler (by any means), but I love to build and thought I was "pretty good" at using Monokote...

I guess what I am most curious about is how multiple colors are applied-- do they simply iron them on or use trim solvent?
