Big Stick 60

Just got a Big Stick 60 ARF and I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to set up the plane and the radio. The Radio is a JR 8103 and I want this stick to fly slow and steady like a trainer.

I have heli and past r/ c expierence. thanks

Does the wing have flaps and aileron's?

It has ailerons with a servo on each wing. Can be set for flapperon.
