CapX with a 1.60 prop sizing help

I have ordered a CapX, reads like one awesome machine !!!! what props are you guys running, and what make. I have a broken in 1.60 os with a Jettengineering tuned muffler. I have read that the 1.6 is great power with this plane, I just would like to see what kind and size of props you guys recommend for 3d flying with the CAPX.

THANKS FOR YOUR TIME !!

APC 18x6W seems to be the best prop IMO for that motor for any 3D application.

I have heard good things about the APC 18-6W too. I have the 1.60 on the capx and I am running a pro zinger 18-8 with good results. Nice motor/plane combo, you will like it!

RE: CapX with a 1.60 prop sizing help

Well looks like 18-6 is the fav here. I have never flown a cap before, Extras and Funtanas, mustangs and such. I hear that this plane is supposed to not have the tip stalling problems of the regular cap 232...so, how does it fly guys..oh I have 5625's for the surfaces, those should do the job on 6 volt, right? I had them in a funtana:D little overkill !!

Thanks for any input about the plane or set up.

those servos should be good, I have read that its recommended that you have at least 90oz of torque to properly fly this thing and the 5625 should be ok

here are the specs:

SPECS: Speed: 0.17 sec/60 degrees at 4.8V
Speed: 0.14 sec/60 degrees at 6.0V
Torque: 109.7 oz/in at 4.8V
Torque: 130.53 oz/in at 6.0V
Length: 1.59" (40.6mm)
Width: 0.77" (19.8mm)
Height: 1.48" (37.8mm)
Weight: 2.11oz (60g)
