OK, I know it is a goofy name, but it looks like a fun plane to me. Am I the only one that has one on back order? Do any of you have the inside scoop on this plane?

Other than the graphics that thing looks great! I'd like to see pics of the tail.

About 3 -4 mos. ago, amcross talked a bit about it. She said it's a real 3D machine and the prototype was being flown with a 90 4stroke, non-pumped engine. Email her about it. She has the skinny on it.

Tower states the weight as 7.75lbs.

This is somewhat high for the engine size listed to do 3d.

...unless you use YS 91 or a strong 2-stroke 91

This plane would need a 16" prop to 3D.

I am waiting patiently myself for one. It says end of August. Let's see about it. I hope it has plenty of elevator and rudder control surface.

I have not made up my mind what engine I will go with. I am leaning toward an OS 91FX. I have thought about a four stroke, but everything I have now is two stroke, and I don't know if I want to start keeping up with two types of fuel. Now I use the same fuel in all of my engines.

I may even bite the bullet and get a new radio. I have been thinking about switching brands of radios for some time now. Besides that all of my radios are at least seven years old.

It looks like I have a month or more to make up my mind. Not expected to ship before the end of August.
