World Models Spitfire pitch control problem.

I am having to move my CG forward of where the manual states. Also, mine has two much down thrust. When I increase the throttle it will start to descend and when I throttle back it starts to climb. Anyone else been through this and what were your cures? Less downthrust and more lead in the nose?
Thanks Guys
Larry

I hope it is NOT the .60 sized!

29904,
Why did you have to move the CG forward of where the manual states? I have the .60 with the CG at the recommended location and no pitch issues.

It is the 60 size with a Saito 91. Not sure why the CG is forward of the recommended location. Haven't been able to fly it again because of bad weather. I found that part of my problem was the servo tray was not glued to the fuselage, was able to move slightly. Stupidity on my part. I have not been able to fly it since that correction. Yours fly good? Any recommended modifications?
Thanks
Larry

I'm confused. Did you adjust the CG or did someone else? I have a Saito 1.00 in mine and it flies great, very smooth, no mods.

I did, but it was because the way it was flying. I had forgotten to glue the servo tray to the fuselage. So I will need to fly it again when the weather get better and check the CG again.
Thanks

From what you told us about the servo tray. This same thing happen to my buddy in his GSP 72" Corsair. He had been flying it for 6 months with no problems. Then one day he could not keep it trimmed. The servo tray was loose and and the forces against the elevator were pushing the servo around. It does not have to be moving around much to cause your problems.
