Anybody know why it's been discontinued? I picked one up the other day (this is the Ultra, 80 inch wing) from a dealer closing out his plane inventory, paid less than I would have for a kit. I have no experience with Hangar 9 stuff, but it looks pretty nice for an ARF, the cover is tight as a drum and the pieces look pretty good. I already have 2 Cubs, both military L-4's, and don't really need another, but thought about putting floats on this one, if I keep it. I'm gonna take it to Joe Nall, sell it maybe.

I have floats on mine with an ASp 61FS. It's great! Except on a warm summer day I should have a little more power.

I have no idea why that would be discontinued, other than too many Cub ARF's on the market or no one wants to fly boring Cubs anymore. :)
