Tailwheel assy. for Avistar conversion
 

Hi.
I'm looking for some input as to which tailwheel assembly will work best when converting a Hobbico Avistar to a tail-dragger. I've seen some conversions but the functionality of a few of them was questionable. I don't think anyone makes an out-of-the-box assembly that will work correctly. But I am not opposed to a little re-engineering!
Any and all suggestions are welcome!
