Anyone have any experience with this plane. A friend is interested in one but no one at our field has seen one.

Is it good, bad or so so.

I have one still in the box. The kit looks good. Ultracote covering is well done (wings are perfect-fuse needs a little tightening but seams and trim are well done.) The fiberglass cowl and pants are the best I have seen on an ARF. I plan to upgrade the pull-pull rudder that comes with kit to a dubro because I am more familiar with it. The hinges are in place and just need to be glued with CA. I will most likely put checkerboard ultracote on the bottom of the wing and stab to help my old eyes keep up with the orientation when overhead. The instructions are sketchy at best (especially about the wing strut attachment) but it seems like no problem for anyone that has built a few ARFS before. Plan to power mine with a Saito 56.

Good Luck
